# Set up Secret Keeper on Android

Open the menu in the XgenPlus app and tap Secret Keeper. If no passkey exists, tap Yes to set one up. Add an alternate email if asked, enter the code sent to it in Verify OTP, then enter and confirm a six-digit passkey. The app confirms Secret Keeper created successfully.

## How to set up Secret Keeper on Android

1. Open the menu and tap **Secret Keeper**.
2. When asked to set it up, tap **Yes**. If you have no alternate email on record, enter one in **Alternate Email**.
3. Enter the code you receive in **Verify OTP**. Tap **Resend OTP** if it does not arrive.
4. On **Reset passkey**, enter and confirm six digits.
5. Wait for **Secret Keeper created successfully**. The login screen opens.

## When to use it

> Priya wants a safe place for a few PINs. She sets a passkey once and opens Secret Keeper whenever she needs them.

## Good to know

- Setup needs internet.
- The code goes to your alternate email. If none is on record, the app asks you to add one first.
- Secret Keeper is available for XgenPlus mailboxes.

## Common questions

**What if I forget my passkey?**

On the login screen, tap reset and confirm. You receive a code, then set a new passkey.

**Can I use letters in the passkey?**

No. It must be exactly six digits.
