# Review past notifications on Android

Open the menu in the XgenPlus app and tap Notifications. Use the account selector to choose All accounts or one account, and the Filter item to show All, Delivered, New, Read or Leads alerts. The list keeps alerts for 7 days. Tap Refresh Notification to check that alerts are reaching your phone.

## How to review past notifications on Android

1. Open the menu and tap **Notifications**.
2. Choose **All accounts** or one account from the selector.
3. Tap **Filter** and pick **All**, **Delivered**, **New**, **Read** or **Leads**.
4. Scroll to review the alerts.

## When to use it

> Anita misses a notification during a meeting. Later she opens **Notifications**, filters by **New** and finds it.

## Good to know

- The list is stored on your phone and is filled by alerts from XgenPlus.
- The screen is available for XgenPlus mailboxes.

## Common questions

**How long are notifications kept?**

For 7 days. Older ones are deleted when you open the screen.
