# Find and filter leads on Android

From the Lead Management dashboard in the XgenPlus app, tap Show Leads. Tap the filter icon, choose status, service name, lead type, sort order or currency, and tap Apply. Tap Clear to reset. Each lead card has call, email and WhatsApp shortcuts, and tapping the card opens its details.

## How to find and filter leads on Android

1. On the Lead Management dashboard, tap **Show Leads**, or tap a lead type or order card.
2. Tap the filter icon.
3. Choose any filters, then tap **Apply**. Tap **Clear** to reset.
4. Use the call, email or WhatsApp button on a lead card to contact the person.
5. Tap a lead card to open its details.

## When to use it

> Meera filters for status WON and sorts by **Amount** to see her biggest closed deals.

## Options

| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| **SELECT STATUS** | Shows leads with one status. |
| **SELECT SERVICE NAME** | Shows leads for one service. |
| **SELECT LEAD TYPE** | Shows leads of one type, such as Hot. |
| **SELECT SORT TYPE** | Sorts by Last Updated Date, Amount or Company Name. |
| **SELECT MEMBER EMAIL** | Shows one team member's leads. Visible in team mode. |
| **Select Currency** | Shows leads in one currency. |

## Good to know

- Each card shows the service, owner, company, status, age in days, amount and contact person.
- If nothing matches, the app says **No record found**.

## Common questions

**Why is the filter icon greyed out?**

It is switched off until the list has loaded.
