# Use the company address book in Compose

The XgenPlus app loads your company address book once and shows matching colleagues, labelled Global, as you type in To, Cc or Bcc. To refresh it, open Compose, tap the menu and choose Reload Contacts. If the address book is off, the app offers to turn it on.

## How to use the company address book in Compose

1. Open **Compose** and start typing a colleague's name in **To**.
2. Pick a suggestion labelled **Global**.
3. To refresh the list, open the menu and tap **Reload Contacts**.
4. If asked to enable the global address book, tap **Yes**.
5. Wait for **Contacts reloaded successfully**.

## When to use it

> Typing "ra" in **To**, Meera sees her own contacts first and then the company directory entries for Rahul and Rajeev.

## Good to know

- Suggestions from your own contacts appear before directory entries.
- It works only for XgenPlus mailboxes and needs internet to reload.

## Common questions

**Why are no colleagues suggested?**

The global address book may be disabled for your account. Reload Contacts offers to turn it on. The web message says to enable the global address book in your account settings in webmail.
