# Fix warnings when you click Send

When you click **Send**, XgenPlus checks the mail for common problems. A blank subject asks you to confirm. An empty **To** field, a full or deactivated account, or an account not allowed to send mail stops the mail. Read the message, fix the problem, such as adding a subject or a recipient, and click **Send** again.

## How to fix warnings when you click Send

1. Click **Send**.
2. If a message appears, read it.
3. Fix the problem, for example add a subject or a recipient.
4. Click **Send** again, or confirm if you want to send as it is.

## When to use it

> Tarun clicks Send on a budget mail without a subject. XgenPlus asks whether to continue, so he adds "Q3 budget" before sending.

## Messages and what to do

| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| "Subject is blank. Do you want to proceed..." | Add a subject, or confirm to send without one. |
| "'To' Field Cannot be left blank" | Add at least one recipient in **To**. |
| "Your account is full" | Delete mail or empty Trash, then send again. |
| "Your account is deactivated." | Contact your administrator. |
| "You are not allowed to send Mail" | Your account cannot send mail. Contact your administrator. |
| "Some network problem occurred" | Check your connection and click **Retry**. |
| "This mail is non-encrypted as well as unsigned" | You have encryption keys but did not encrypt or sign. Confirm, or go back and turn them on. |
