# Unsubscribe from newsletters

To unsubscribe, open the newsletter and click **Unsubscribe** next to the date. XgenPlus sends the unsubscribe request for you, or opens the sender's unsubscribe page, and confirms when it is done. In your Inbox, click the **Subscriptions** chip, hover over a newsletter and click **Unsubscribe** to clean up many lists quickly.

## How to unsubscribe from newsletters

1. Open the newsletter.
2. Click **Unsubscribe** next to the date and confirm.
3. Or, in **Inbox**, click the **Subscriptions** chip, hover over a mail and click **Unsubscribe**.

## When to use it

> Meera at example.in gets daily offers from five vendors she no longer works with. She opens the **Subscriptions** view and unsubscribes from all five in a couple of minutes.

## Good to know

- Depending on the newsletter, XgenPlus either sends the unsubscribe mail for you or opens the sender's unsubscribe page.
- After you use it, the **Unsubscribe** link disappears from that mail.
- Mails already received stay in your mailbox. Delete them separately.

## Common questions

**Why is there no Unsubscribe link on some mails?**

The link appears only when the sender includes a standard unsubscribe address in the mail. For other unwanted mail, use **Block**.

**Where is the Subscriptions chip?**

The **Subscriptions** tag exists by default and appears with your other tag chips in the Inbox. You can also unsubscribe from each open mail.
