# Move between mails while reading

Turn on **Show Mail List while viewing email (Concealed box)** in your settings. When you then open a mail, a small pop-out list of the same folder's mails stays available beside it. Click any mail in that list to open it, without going back to the full mail list. Mails you read are marked read in the main list too.

## How to move between mails while reading

1. Open Settings › **Default Settings** › **Mail List** and turn on **Show Mail List while viewing email (Concealed box)**.
2. Open any mail.
3. Use the pop-out mail list to click the next mail you want to read.
4. Close the pop-out if you do not need it for this session.

## When to use it

> Sameer has 30 purchase approvals in his Inbox. He opens the first one and works through the rest from the pop-out list, approving each without returning to the Inbox.

## Good to know

- The pop-out shows mails from the folder you opened the mail from.
- You can close the pop-out for the current session.
