# See all related mails in a conversation

To see the whole conversation, open a mail, click the **⋮** menu at the top right and choose **Interaction**. A window lists every related mail with its date, subject and a read, replied or forwarded icon. In the mail list, **⋮** › **Show Interaction** adds a count of related mails to each row.

## How to see all related mails in a conversation

1. Open a mail.
2. Click the **⋮** menu at the top right of the mail and choose **Interaction**.
3. Click any mail in the list to open it.
4. To see counts in the list instead, click **⋮** in the list toolbar and choose **Show Interaction**. Choose **Hide Interaction** to go back.

## When to use it

> Rohit buys raw material for acme.in. Before approving a revised purchase order, he opens **Interaction** on the vendor's latest mail and reads all twelve earlier mails about the order in one list.

## Good to know

- Your domain admin allows **Show Interaction** for the whole domain. If it is allowed, it is then your choice whether to click **Show Interaction**.
- Interaction is an on-demand view. Your mail list stays a flat list unless you turn on **Show Interaction**.
- Each entry shows whether you have read, replied to or forwarded that mail.

## Common questions

**Why is Interaction missing from the menu?**

It appears only when there is more than one related mail. It is not offered on broadcast mails or mails shared with you, or in Draft, Trash, Template, Scheduled and Pendings.

**Can I delete a whole conversation?**

Yes. With **Show Interaction** on, choose **Delete All Interactions** for a mail and confirm. Every mail in that conversation is deleted.
