# See all recipients and save addresses

To see everyone on a mail, open it and click the recipient summary or **more** in the header to expand the To, Cc or Bcc list; click **Less** to fold it again. To save an address, click the add-contact icon next to the sender or a recipient, fill in the name and group, and save.

## How to see all recipients and save addresses

1. Open the mail.
2. Click the recipient summary or **more** to expand **To**, **Cc** or **Bcc**. Click **Less** to collapse it.
3. Click the sender's name to see the details, including the date and **MailId**.
4. To save an address, click the add-contact icon next to it, fill in the name and group, and click **Save**.

## When to use it

> Before clicking **ReplyAll**, Rohit expands **Cc** to check whether the customer's CFO was copied. Then he saves the new supplier who wrote in into his "Vendors" group straight from the mail.

## Save a sender to your contacts

- From an open mail, the add-contact form is filled in with the address. Add the first name, last name and mobile number, and pick a group or create a new one.
- From the mail list, right-click a mail and choose **Add to Contacts** to save the sender in one click.
- XgenPlus tells you whether the contact was added or updated, and checks your contact limit.

## Good to know

- The address the mail was sent to ("to me") is shown, which helps when you have more than one address.
- You see **Bcc** only on mails you sent yourself.
