# Save a mail as an image

To save a mail as a picture, open it, click the printer icon, and in the **PREVIEW MAIL** window click **Convert as Image**. XgenPlus turns the mail into an image file you can save, keep on your phone or share. The image looks like the print preview, including headers.

## How to save a mail as an image

1. Open the mail.
2. Click the printer icon in the header.
3. In **PREVIEW MAIL**, click **Convert as Image**.
4. Save the image.

## When to use it

> Rohit, a field officer, saves the dispatch confirmation mail as an image on his phone, so he can show it at the warehouse gate where there is no signal.

## Good to know

- If the sender restricted printing, the print preview, and so **Convert as Image**, is not available.
