# See all mailed photos in Picture Gallery

To see all pictures from your mail, click your profile picture and open **Picture Gallery**, or click **Picture Gallery** under **Category**. Set a **From Date** and **To Date**, then click a picture to view it. From there you can print or save it, or forward or share the album in a new mail.

## How to see all mailed photos in Picture Gallery

1. Click your profile picture and open **Picture Gallery**, or open it from **Category** in the left pane.
2. Set the **From Date** and **To Date**.
3. Click a picture to open it in the album view.
4. Choose **Forward**, **Print** or **Save**, or **Share Album** to send the pictures in a new mail.

## When to use it

> After a three-day trade fair, staff at acme.in have mailed photos from their phones to Kavita in marketing. She opens Picture Gallery for those dates, sees every photo in one place, and forwards the album to the design agency.

## Good to know

- The dates can't be in the future, and the To Date can't be before the From Date.
- The gallery collects image attachments from your mails automatically. You don't have to save them anywhere first.
- You can also open the gallery from the shortcuts bar.
