# Page through your mail list

Each folder lists your mails with sender, subject, date and size, a set number per page. Use **Previous** and **Next** at the top right of the list to move between pages. To see more mails on each page, change **Mails Per Page** under **Message List View** in Settings.

## How to page through your mail list

1. Open a folder, such as **Inbox**.
2. Click **Next** or **Previous** at the top right of the list to change pages.
3. To show more mails per page, open Settings and change **Mails Per Page** under **Message List View**.

## When to use it

> Rohit gets over 200 mails a day at acme.in. He sets **Mails Per Page** to 100 so he can scan a whole morning's Inbox on one page.
