# Move a mail out of Spam-Promo

To get a genuine mail out of spam, open the **Spam-Promo** folder, tick the mail and click **Not Spam** in the toolbar. XgenPlus moves it back to your **Inbox**. Check Spam-Promo now and then for missed bank, OTP or customer mails.

## How to move a mail out of Spam-Promo

1. Open the **Spam-Promo** folder.
2. Tick the mails that are not spam.
3. Click **Not Spam**. The mails move to your **Inbox**.

## When to use it

> Rohit is waiting for a statement from his bank and cannot find it. He opens **Spam-Promo**, finds the mail there, ticks it and clicks **Not Spam**.

## Good to know

- **Not Spam** appears only in the Spam-Promo folder.
- If mail from a trusted sender keeps landing in Spam-Promo, check your antispam preference or your rules.
