# Understand the icons in your mail list

Icons next to each mail in the list tell you its status at a glance. They show High or Low priority, whether you replied to or forwarded it, whether it has attachments, the folder it was moved from and, for mail you sent, whether it was **Delivered**, **Read** or **Bounced**. Hover over an icon to see a tooltip.

## How to understand the icons in your mail list

1. Open a folder and look at the icons beside the sender or subject.
2. Hover over an icon to see what it means.

## When to use it

> Rohit sent a quotation to a client yesterday. In **Sent** he sees the **Read** icon next to it, so he calls the client to discuss the price.

## What the icons mean

| Icon | Meaning |
|---|---|
| High priority / Low priority | The sender marked the mail as important or not urgent. |
| Replied, Re. & Fwd. | You have replied to the mail, or replied and forwarded it. |
| Attachment | The mail has one or more files attached. |
| Moved from a folder | The mail was moved here from another folder. |
| Delivered / Read / Bounced | For mail you sent: it reached the mailbox, was opened, or could not be delivered. |

## Good to know

- To see the delivery status of each recipient separately, open the mail in **Sent**.
