# Large mailboxes and advanced search

Yes. XgenPlus mailboxes range from 2 GB to 100 GB per user depending on the plan, with unlimited storage on the top plan and more space through Storage Boost. Search finds mail as you type, and **Advanced Search** filters by sender, subject, body, folder, dates, size, attachment and read state. You can also search inside attachments and within earlier results.

## How to large mailboxes and advanced search

1. Type a word, name or address in the search box at the top. Matches appear after three letters.
2. For more control, click the filter icon beside the search box to open **Advanced Search**.
3. Choose a folder and dates, and add filters such as sender, size or attachment.
4. To narrow a long list, search again within the results.

## When to use it

> Rohit at acme.in has eight years of mail in a 50 GB mailbox. He needs a 2019 contract from a supplier, so he opens Advanced Search, enters the supplier's address, picks 2019 as the date range and sets **Attachment Type** to pdf. The contract is in the short list that comes back.

## Common questions

**How big can my mailbox be?**

It depends on your organisation's plan, from 2 GB up to 100 GB per user, or unlimited on the top plan. Your administrator sets each user's share.

**Can I search text inside attachments?**

Yes. Use **Search in Attachment** in Advanced Search, with a date range of up to 30 days at a time.

**Can I delete or move everything a search finds?**

Yes. Select all results across every page and delete, move or mark them in one go.
