# Set up your Home page

To set up your Home page, click your picture at the top right and choose **Home**. The page is made of widgets such as **Shortcuts**, **My Favorites**, **Security Checks**, **Storage Utilization**, **New Mails**, **Clock** and **Alerts**. Drag a widget's title bar to move it, click **Remove** to drop it, and use **Add Contents** to bring one back.

## How to set up your Home page

1. Click your picture at the top right and choose **Home**.
2. Drag a widget by its title bar to a new place on the page.
3. Click **Remove** on a widget you do not need.
4. Click **Add Contents** to add a widget back.
5. To save a web link, go to **My Favorites**, click **Add**, enter the link details and click **Save**.

## When to use it

> Every morning Kiran, a general manager, opens Home to glance at New Mails and Security Checks. HR has asked staff to add the leave portal and payroll site to My Favorites, so Kiran reaches both from the same page.

## Widgets

| Widget | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Shortcuts** | Mails you starred or pinned as shortcuts, with sender, subject, date and size. |
| **My Favorites** | Your own list of web links, each with a **Link Name**, **Link Address** and **Label Description**. |
| **Security Checks** | Recent sign-ins to your account. |
| **Storage Utilization** | How much mailbox space you have used. |
| **New Mails** | A preview of unread mail. |
| **Clock** | The current time. |
| **Alerts** | XgenPlus alerts for you, if any. |

## Good to know

- Edit or remove a saved link from **My Favorites** at any time.
