# Read a mail full screen

To read a mail full screen, open it and click the expand (full view) icon at the top right of the header, next to Print. The mail opens in **Full Comfort View** with **Print**, **Reply**, **ReplyAll** and **Forward** buttons. Close the view to return to your mailbox. It is not available for encrypted or rights-restricted mails.

## How to read a mail full screen

1. Open the mail.
2. Click the expand (full view) icon at the top right of the header, next to **Print**.
3. Read the mail, and use **Print**, **Reply**, **ReplyAll** or **Forward** if you need to.
4. Close the view to go back.

## When to use it

> Rohit has a long contract negotiation mail to review on his laptop. He opens it in **Full Comfort View**, reads it without the folder list and mail list around it, then clicks **Reply** right there.

## Good to know

- Links in Full Comfort View are still checked by the link security alert, if your organisation uses it.
- The icon is hidden for mails in Trash, encrypted mails and mails the sender restricted.
