# Forward several mails at once

To forward several mails at once, tick up to 20 mails in the list and click **Forward Many** in the toolbar. On the page that opens, choose how to send them, either each mail separately with **Forward Many As Many Email(s)**, or all of them combined into one mail with **Forward Many As One Email**.

## How to forward several mails at once

1. In the mail list, tick the mails you want to forward, up to 20.
2. Click **Forward Many** in the toolbar.
3. On the Forward Many page, choose **Forward Many As Many Email(s)** to send each mail separately, or **Forward Many As One Email** to combine them.
4. Add the recipients and send.

## When to use it

> Anita, a paralegal at a law firm in example.in, needs to send 15 mails about a case to outside counsel. She ticks all 15, clicks **Forward Many** and sends them in one action instead of forwarding each one.

## Good to know

- Forward Many is not available if your administrator has switched off forwarding for your account.
- In a folder shared with you, you can forward only if the owner allowed forwarding.

## Common questions

**Why does XgenPlus say "Only 20 mails can be forwarded at a time."?**

Forward Many takes at most 20 mails. Untick some and forward the rest in a second batch.

**Can I forward encrypted mails this way?**

No. Encrypted mails cannot be forwarded. Remove them from the selection.
