# Find mail you replied to or forwarded

To find mail you have answered, expand **Category** in the left pane and click **Replied Mails** or **Forwarded Mails**. The list covers all your folders. The same list has **All New Mails**, **Read Mails**, **High Priority**, **Today's Mail**, **Yesterday's Mail** and **Attachment**, which work the same way.

## How to find mail you replied to or forwarded

1. In the left pane, click **Category** to expand the list.
2. Click the view you need, such as **Replied Mails** or **Forwarded Mails**.
3. Sort, page through and act on the mails as in any folder.

## When to use it

> Before her monthly review, Meera, a service manager at acme.in, opens Replied Mails to check that she answered every customer escalation, then Attachment to collect the reports she was sent.

## Options

| Category | What it lists |
|---|---|
| **All New Mails** | Unread mail in all folders. |
| **Read Mails** | Mail you have opened. |
| **Forwarded Mails** | Mail you forwarded. |
| **Replied Mails** | Mail you replied to. |
| **High Priority** | Mail marked high priority. |
| **Today's Mail** / **Yesterday's Mail** | Mail received today or yesterday. |
| **Attachment** | Mail with attachments. |

## Good to know

- These are views, not folders. A mail stays in its folder and also shows in each view it matches.
- Sorting, paging and the usual mail actions work in these views.
