# Download one or all attachments

To download attachments, open the mail and click **(N) Attachments** in the bar at the bottom. Click the download arrow on a file card to save that file, or click **Download all Files** in the panel header to get every attachment as one ZIP file named after the mail's subject.

## How to download one or all attachments

1. Open the mail.
2. Click **(N) Attachments** in the bar at the bottom of the mail.
3. Click the download arrow on a card to save one file, or **Download all Files** to save them all as a ZIP.

## When to use it

> Meera, a tender clerk at example.in, receives 14 bid documents in one mail. She clicks **Download all Files** and gets them in a single ZIP, ready to unzip into the tender folder.

## Good to know

- Downloading works on broadcast mails and mails shared with you too.
