# Combine several mails into one forward

To combine mails, tick up to 20 mails, click **Forward Many**, then click **Forward Many As One Email**. XgenPlus merges their subjects, text and attachments into one new mail; add recipients and send. Click **Print Preview** instead to print all the selected mails together as one bundle.

## How to combine several mails into one forward

1. In the mail list, tick the mails you want to combine, up to 20.
2. Click **Forward Many** in the toolbar.
3. Click **Forward Many As One Email**. A new mail opens with all the mails and attachments inside.
4. Add recipients and click **Send**. Or click **Print Preview** to print the bundle.

## When to use it

> Rohit, an internal auditor at acme.in, collects 12 approval mails for a purchase. He combines them into one mail to the compliance team, then uses **Print Preview** to print the same bundle for the audit file.

## Good to know

- The combined mail carries all the attachments of the selected mails, so XgenPlus checks the total size before sending.
- The same rules as Forward Many apply: no encrypted mails, and forwarding must be allowed for your account.
