# Check how much mailbox space is left

To check your mailbox space, click your picture at the top right, choose **Home** and look at the **Storage Utilization** widget. It shows **Used Space** and **Free Space**. XgenPlus warns you when you pass 75% of your quota and again when the mailbox is full. Delete old mail or empty Trash to free space.

## How to check how much mailbox space is left

1. Click your picture at the top right and choose **Home**.
2. Look at **Storage Utilization** for used and free space.
3. If space is low, delete mail you no longer need and empty **Trash**.

## When to use it

> Lata sees that her mailbox is 80% used. Before mail starts bouncing, she empties Trash and deletes old newsletters with large attachments.

## Good to know

| Alert | When you see it |

| "Your Quota exceeds from 75%." | You have used more than three quarters of your space. |
| "Your Account is Full" | No space is left. No incoming mail, no outgoing mail, and drafts cannot be saved. |

## Common questions

**What happens when my mailbox is full?**

You see "Your Account is Full". You cannot receive new mail or send mail, and drafts cannot be saved, until you free some space. Delete mail you no longer need and empty **Trash**.
