# Move all matching mails at once

To move every mail that matches a search, select one mail, click the arrow next to **Move To** and choose **Bulk Move**. A search opens with the sender filled in. Click **Search**, tick Select All, choose **Select all N emails**, pick the folder and confirm. All matches move, not only the page you see.

## How to move all matching mails at once

1. In the mail list, tick one mail from the sender or topic you want to file.
2. Click the arrow next to **Move To** and choose **Bulk Move**. A search titled **Search Email to Move in Bulk** opens with the sender filled in.
3. Adjust the filters if needed and click **Search**.
4. Tick Select All and choose **Select all N emails**. The count and total size are shown.
5. Pick the target folder from the list and confirm.

## When to use it

> Rohit, an admin assistant at acme.in, wants three years of travel booking confirmations in one place. He creates a folder called **Travel**, selects one booking mail, runs **Bulk Move** and moves all 640 matching mails into **Travel** at once.

## Good to know

- Bulk Move looks at every page of results, not only the page on screen.
- It is not available in **Draft** or **Template**.
- Create the target folder first if it does not exist yet.
