## Common questions

**What is the largest file I can attach?**

The default maximum is 10 MB, but it can differ by plan and is set for your account. XgenPlus shows a "Max allowed attach size" message when a file is too big.

**Why was my file rejected?**

Common reasons are an empty (0 KB) file, a file name longer than 95 characters, special symbols in the name, a blocked file type, or a full mailbox.
