# Open your antispam dashboard

To open your antispam dashboard, click your profile picture, then **Settings**, and click **Antispam Dashboard** at the bottom of the left list. The dashboard opens in a new browser tab, already signed in, where you can review mail the spam filter caught. The link appears only when your organisation uses the antispam service.

## How to open your antispam dashboard

1. Click your profile picture at the top right, then **Settings**.
2. At the bottom of the left list, click **Antispam Dashboard**.
3. Work in the dashboard that opens in a new tab. You don't need to sign in again.

## When to use it

> A vendor tells Rohit at acme.in that they sent an invoice yesterday, but it never arrived. Rohit opens the antispam dashboard from Settings, finds the invoice held as spam and releases it.

## Good to know

- The dashboard is the console of SpamJadoo, the antispam service that works with XgenPlus. What you can do there depends on how your organisation has set it up.
- For mail already in your mailbox, you can use **Quarantine Mail** and **Not Spam** in XgenPlus itself.

## Common questions

**Why don't I see Antispam Dashboard in Settings?**

The link appears only when your organisation has the SpamJadoo antispam service and it is turned on for your mailbox. Ask your administrator.
