# Sign in to XgenPlus Forms

To sign in, go to forms.xgenplus.com, enter your XgenPlus email address and click **Continue**. Open the XgenPlus Mobile app, choose **Web Login**, then **TOTP**, and type the 6-digit code for that address. Forms is free for mailboxes on a paid XgenPlus plan. Trial mailboxes are not included.

## How to sign in to XgenPlus Forms

1. Open forms.xgenplus.com.
2. Type your full XgenPlus email address and click **Continue**.
3. In the XgenPlus Mobile app, choose **Web Login**, then **TOTP**.
4. Type the 6-digit code for your address and click **Sign in**.

## When to use it

> Meera in HR wants a quick leave request form. She opens forms.xgenplus.com on her laptop, types meera@acme.in, reads the 6-digit code from the XgenPlus app on her phone and lands on Your forms.

## Good to know

- There is no separate password for Forms, so there is no new password to forget.
- If your session ends while you are editing a form, you are asked to sign in again and your changes are still there.
- The limits in Forms apply to each person who signs in, not to the whole company.

## Common questions

**I do not have the app or the code.**

The sign-in page links to the app for Android and for iPhone and iPad. If a code does not work or your account is locked, use the **Contact XgenPlus support** link on the page.

**Why does it say Forms is for paid plans?**

Anyone with a mailbox on a paid XgenPlus plan can use Forms. A mailbox on a trial is not included until the domain moves to a paid plan.

**Do people filling in my form need the app?**

Only if you share the form with XgenPlus customers. They sign in the same way you do. Forms Plus lets anyone answer without signing in.
