# See responses and charts

To see results, open **Responses** on the form's card in Your forms. The **Summary** tab shows a chart or summary for each question. The **Responses** tab lists every answer in a table with number, time and who sent it. Click a row to open one response, or the bin icon to delete it.

## How to see responses and charts

1. Open Your forms and click **Responses** on the form.
2. Read the three tiles: **Responses**, **Received this month** and **Last response**.
3. Open **Summary** for charts, or **Responses** for the table.
4. Click a row to open one response in full.

## When to use it

> A week after the leave policy survey goes out, Meera opens Summary and sees that 78% voted for the new notice period. She then opens the table to read the free-text comments.

## What each question shows

| Question type | Summary |
|---|---|
| Choice, checkbox, dropdown, yes or no, rating, scale | Bars with counts and percentages, and an average for ratings and scales |
| Number | Average, lowest and highest |
| Text, date, time, email | Sample answers |
| File upload | How many files were attached |

## Good to know

- The table loads 50 rows at a time. Click **Load more** to see the rest.
- Public answers show **Outside XgenPlus** in the **Who** column.
- On the free allowance, answers are deleted 30 days after the form closes. Download the CSV before then.

## Common questions

**Why does the count say received and deleted?**

Deleting an answer does not give back room. Limits count every answer a form has received, so the page shows the answers you have now and how many were received.

**Why are my charts based on fewer answers?**

Charts use the latest answers when a form has many. A note under the charts says so. The table and CSV have them all.
