# Duplicate, close or delete a form

In Your forms, click the three-dot menu on a form. Choose **Edit**, **Responses**, **Duplicate**, **Close form** or **Delete**. Closing stops new answers and you can open the form again later. Deleting removes the form and all its responses for good, so download the CSV first.

## How to duplicate, close or delete a form

1. Open Your forms and find the form.
2. Click the three-dot menu on its card.
3. Choose **Duplicate** for a copy, **Close form** to stop answers, or **Delete**.
4. To reopen a closed form, open its **Responses** page and click **Open again**.

## When to use it

> The Diwali signup is over. Rohit closes the form so late visitors see that it is closed, downloads the CSV and later deletes the form to tidy his list.

## Good to know

- A form that has reached its response limit asks you to go to **Settings** before it can open again.
- Forms reported from several places are paused until a person has looked at them.
- Your list also shows usage: **Forms made this month**, **Received this month** and **Storage used**.

## Common questions

**What do the status labels mean?**

**Draft** has not been published. **Live** is taking answers. **Closed** is not taking answers. **Paused until the 1st** has used its monthly limit. **Blocked** has been stopped, for example after reports that it asks for passwords or card details.
