# Download a contact as a vCard

To download a vCard, open **Contacts** and click the contact. Check the **Business Card** preview on the contact form, then click **Create VCF Card**. A .vcf file downloads. You can open it on your phone, import it into Outlook or another address book, or attach it to a mail.

## How to download a contact as a vCard

1. Open **Contacts** and click the contact.
2. Check the **Business Card** preview.

## When to use it

> Rohit downloads a client's vCard and opens it on his phone, so the client's number is saved in his phone's contacts.

## Good to know

- The vCard holds the details shown on the business card preview.
- To mail several contacts as vCards, use **Send VCF** from the contact list instead.
