# Add people from a mail to Contacts

To save addresses from a mail, right-click the mail in your mail list and choose **Add to Contacts**. XgenPlus lists every address in that mail that is not yet in your address book. Tick the ones to keep, choose a group and save. If everyone is already saved, you see "NO CONTACT TO ADD IN ADDRESS BOOK".

## How to add people from a mail to Contacts

1. In your mail list, right-click the mail.
2. Choose **Add to Contacts**.
3. Tick the addresses you want to save.
4. Choose a group and save.

## When to use it

> After a long thread with a new client team, Rohit right-clicks the last mail and adds all six client addresses to the CLIENT-XYZ group in one go.

## Good to know

- Only addresses that are not already in your address book are listed.
- You can add names and phone numbers later by editing each contact in **Contacts**.
