# Open your Assignments queue

To see your assigned mail, click your profile picture and choose **Assignments**. Your queue lists the conversations assigned to you from shared mailboxes such as support@. Use **Filter By** to pick the account, date, who assigned it and the status, then click **Apply Filter**. Click a conversation to read it. Open conversations are shown first.

## How to open your Assignments queue

1. Click your profile picture in the top bar and choose **Assignments**.
2. Under **Filter By**, choose the **Account**, **Mail from** date and **Assigned From** if needed.
3. Choose a status, for example **Open**, and optionally tick **Tagged** and type a tag.
4. Click **Apply Filter**.
5. Click a conversation to read the mail.

## When to use it

> Rohit is a support agent at acme.in. Each morning he filters Account support@acme.in and Status Open to see the tickets waiting for him.

## Options

| Filter | What it does |
|---|---|
| **Mail from** | Shows conversations from this date. |
| **Account** | The shared mailbox, such as support@acme.in. |
| **Assigned From** | The colleague who assigned the conversation to you. |
| Status | **All**, **Open**, **Closed**, **Replied** or **Sent**. Open is selected at first. |
| **Tagged** | Shows only conversations with the tag you type. |

## Good to know

- The list shows how many conversations were found and marks which ones you have read.
- Conversations reach your queue through routing rules that your dispatcher sets up, or when a colleague assigns them to you.
