# See a user's summary and devices

To see a user's summary, open the user from Manage Users and click the Settings tab. It lists the user's services, limits, rules, blocked senders and registered devices for reading only. The Archived Emails tab shows how many mails the user deleted and how much storage they use.

## How to see a user's summary and devices

1. Open **Manage Users** under your domain and click the user's login name.
2. Open the **Settings** tab for the summary, or the **Archived Emails** tab for archive figures.
3. Open a box such as **BLOCKED ADDRESS** or **REGISTERED DEVICE ID** to read it.

## Settings tab

Every box is collapsed until you open it. Nothing on this tab can be edited.

| Box | What you see |
|---|---|
| **USER STATISTICS** | The user's email address and user type. |
| **SERVICES FOR USER** | Which services are on, then the figures set for the user: total space allowed and used, mailbox size, maximum attachment size, rules allowed, maximum outgoing-mail recipients, secure quota, daily data, incoming and outgoing mails per day, number of folders and contacts. |
| Dates | Register date and expiry date. |
| Mail controls | Disallowed attachment types, the address that gets notified about blocked attachments, whether attachments can be hidden, and the allowed host IP range. |
| Address books and copies | Whether the global and admin address books are shown, the send-only-to-address-book setting, and the incoming and outgoing BCC addresses. |
| Switches | NULL account, advance forwarding, OTP authentication, automatic signature, data loss prevention, mail archive sync, deactivate if inactive, contact sync, calendar sync, call recording, lead, activate account, disable settings, rights permission and multiple email. |
| **BLOCKED ADDRESS** | Addresses the user has blocked. |
| **RULES** | The user's mail rules. |
| **ADVANCE FORWARDING** | The user's forwarding rules. |
| **REGISTERED DEVICE ID** | Each registered device: **Device Name**, **Register Date** and **Token No.**. |
| **ATTENDANCE / TRACKING** | Who can see this user's location, and whose location this user can see, with the time and attendance. |

## Archived Emails tab

| Item | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Number of emails deleted by user** | How many mails the user has deleted that are held in the archive. |
| **Storage consumed by emails** | The storage those mails use. |

Support administrators can open this tab as well.

## Example

> Meera at acme.in says her phone no longer gets mail. Rohit opens her **Settings** tab, checks **REGISTERED DEVICE ID** to see which devices are registered and when, and looks at **SERVICES FOR USER** to confirm IMAP is on.

## Good to know

- Use this tab to read; use the **Option** tab to change services and limits.
- The **Settings** tab is not shown to support administrators. The **Archived Emails** tab is.

## Common questions

**Can I change the values on the Settings tab?**

No. It is for reading only. Change services and limits in the **Option** tab and the user's own settings in the tab named after the user.
