# Check your domain's login status

To check your domain's login status, open Admin console › Manage Domain(s), click the pencil next to your domain and click **Check Login Status** at the top right of the tabs. A small window shows whether the domain is active, whether it has expired, and whether user and space quota are available.

## How to check your domain's login status

1. Open **Manage Domain(s)** and click the pencil icon next to your domain.
2. Click **Check Login Status** at the top right of the tabs.
3. Read the **Domain Login Status** window.
4. Close the window when you are done.

## What the window shows

| Row | Values | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| **Domain Status** | **Active** or **Deactive** | Whether mail service for the domain is running. |
| **Domain Expired** | **Yes** or **No** | Whether the domain's expiry date has passed. |
| **User Quota** | **Available** or **Not Available** | **Not Available** means all allowed users are already created. |
| **Space Quota** | **Available** or **Not Available** | **Not Available** means the total space of the domain is fully given to users. |

## Example

> Rohit cannot add a new colleague to acme.in. Meera opens **Check Login Status** and sees **User Quota: Not Available**. She asks her service provider to raise the user limit.

## Good to know

- The window is only a status check. You cannot change anything in it.
- If **Domain Status** shows **Deactive**, check **Mail Service** on the **Domain** tab.
- The number of users and the space of your domain are set by the server administrator.

## Common questions

**What does User Quota "Not Available" mean?**

The number of users already created has reached the number your domain is allowed, so you cannot add more users until the limit is raised.

**What does Space Quota "Not Available" mean?**

The mailbox space given to your users has reached the total space of your domain.
